With Christmas only a few days away -that’s how it feels anyway – I have prepared a Christmas tag series for you. First up is the cute polar bears from Lawn Fawn’s Beary Happy Holidays. Last year I bought tags and I couldn’t find the right size for what I wanted to make. Afterwards I bought the Tag, You’re It die set from Lawn Fawn. The biggest tag is perfect for me.
For these tags I basically added all the elements I could find a place for on the tag. The water is colored with distress oxide ink and the sky with regular distress inks. Afterwards I drew stars in the sky and high lighted a few of the elements with a white gel pen. I made two different versions: One with the fishing pole and one with the baby bear. I think this design also can make a cute tag for Father’s Day, if you change the colors a bit, perhaps add some green to the background, make the polar bear a brown bear and so on.
Materials:
- Tag, You’re It from Lawn Fawn, colored with distress oxide inks and regular distress inks
- Beary Happy Holidays from Lawn Fawn, colored with copics
- White gel pen
- Wink of Stella
